1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Methi Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

For Frying(7.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • Add 1/2 cup maida, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped methi leaves, add water and 1/4 tsp ajwain

  • Knead the Dough and roll the poori

  • Heat Oil for frying and Deep fry till Golden Brown.
