Methi Pulao Recipe

1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.53 gm) Green Chilli
2.0 Stick(0.5 gm) Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
5.0 Number(0.45 gm) Black Pepper
1.0 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1.0 Number(1.0 gm) Star Anise
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp cinnamon stick, 1/4th tsp jeera, 5 no. black pepper, 1 no. star anise, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1 no. bay leaf & saute well.

  • Then add 4 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8th tsp salt, saute well.

  • Add cooked rice, kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist) & mix well.

  • Serve hot with salad.
