- Step 1 Heat kadhai on low flame, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/8 cinnamon stick, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 black pepper corns,1 star anise,1/4 tsp chopped green chili,1 bay leaf & saute well.
- Step 2 Then add 3 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt, saute well.
- Step 3 Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 5 Serve hot with salad.
