An iron and protein rich vegetable made with a combination of a variety of vegetables in Indian spices.
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/2 tsp each of chopped green chilli, garlic, and 1/2 cup of chopped onion,1.5 cups of chopped methi leaves.
Next, add 2 tbsp capsicum, 1 tbsp cabbage, 1/4th cup potato, 1 tbsp tomato and saute.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1tbsp groundnut powder, and mix well.
Add sunflower seed for a nutritional twist.
Serve with chapati.
