An iron and protein rich vegetable made with a combination of a variety of vegetables in Indian spices.
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 tsp each of chopped green chilli, garlic, and 1 cup of chopped onion,1.5 cups of chopped methi leaves.
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp Peanuts powder, and mix well.
Add sunflower seed for a nutritional twist.
Serve with chapati.
