Methi Peanut Sabji Recipe

An iron and protein rich vegetable made with a combination of a variety of vegetables in Indian spices.

1.5 Cup(77.0 gm) Methi Leaves (Chopped)

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Peanuts (Powder)

1 Cup(114.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/2 tsp each of chopped green chilli, garlic, and 1/2 cup of chopped onion,1.5 cups of chopped methi leaves.

  • Next, add 2 tbsp capsicum, 1 tbsp cabbage, 1/4th cup potato, 1 tbsp tomato and saute.

  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1tbsp groundnut powder, and mix well.

  • Add sunflower seed for a nutritional twist.

  • Serve with chapati.
