- Step 1 In a bowl, add 4 tbsp rajgira flour, 3 tbsp chopped fenugreek leaves, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp salt, water and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Knead into a dough and roll out into round parathas.
- Step 4 On a tava, heat 1.5 tsp ghee and roast the paratha evenly on both sides..
- Step 5 Serve with Nestlé A+ Curd
