- Step 1 First, prepare a wellkneaded dough.
- Step 2 Then, to make the filling, add 2 tbsp of chopped methi leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp each of jeera and 1/4 tsp gingergarlic paste, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder in a bowl.
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4 Roll a small portion of the dough into a roti and fill the prepared mixture into it.
- Step 5 Now seal the dough again, and roll the paratha using a rolling pin.
- Step 6 In a heated pan, add 1 oil and roast the rolled paratha evenly on both sides, until golden brown spots appear.
- Step 7 Delicious methi paratha is ready to serve with chutney.
