Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2
Add soaked methi seeds, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp jaggery powder, little water, papad pieces and cook until it softens.
- Step 4
Garnish with 2 tsp coriander leaves
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 6
Cook for 2 minutes.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
