- Steps to Prepare
Heat kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing & stir.
Then add 3/4th cup methi seeds, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp haldi , 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt, mix well.
Add 1 tbsp jaggery, water, add small pieces of 2 papad & mix well.
Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves, kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist) & cook for 3 minutes.
Serve hot.
