In a bowl, add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp chopped fenugreek leaves, 2 tbsp chopped spinach, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp jaggery powder mix well and make a dough.
Roll it on rolling pin.
Add 1 tsp ghee and roast well.
Serve hot.
