- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/4 cup chopped palak, 1/4 cup chopped methi leaves, 3 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste and hung Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves.
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients and shape into small kebabs.
- Step 4 Coat these kebabs with 1 tbsp bread crumbs and shallow fry with 2.5 tsp oil until crisp.
- Step 5 Tasty Methi Palak Kebab is ready to serve hot.
