Methi Pakora Recipe

These delicious, crispy methi pakodas are a great snack recipe, rich in protein and fiber.

1/4 Cup(13.0 gm) Methi Leaves (Chopped)

2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Besan
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

For Frying(20.0 ml) Oil
  • For the besan mixture

    Add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp ajwain and little water, mix it properly to avoid any lumps.

  • Add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th cup methi leaves and mix it well.

  • *For deepfrying*

    Heat oil in a deep frying pan.

  • Add a spoonful of the methi besan mixture.

  • Deep fry evenly till it turns light brown.

  • Serve it hot with ketchup.
