These delicious, crispy methi pakodas are a great snack recipe, rich in protein and fiber.
For the besan mixture
Add 2 tbsp besan, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp ajwain and little water, mix it properly to avoid any lumps.
Add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th cup methi leaves and mix it well.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Add a spoonful of the methi besan mixture.
Deep fry evenly till it turns light brown.
Serve it hot with ketchup.
