In a heated kadai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 green elaichi, add 2 cloves, 1/4th stick of cinnamon, 3 black pepper corns, 1 star anise and saute.
Add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder and mix well.
Now add 1 cup chopped methi, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and give it a mix.
Cover and allow to cook.
Add the cooked mutton and mix.
Serve hot with rotis or rice.
