In a mixing bowl, add 1/4th cup besan, 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, green chilli & garlic paste, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp oil, 1 tbsp peanut powder & mix it well.
Now add water & mix again. Then mold into muthia shape.
Heat kadhai, add oil into it. Add muthia & fry evenly till it turns into light brown. Serve hot.
