- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp green chillies, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 cup methi leaves and cook until it wilts
- Step 3 Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric and 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Step 4 Add 1/3 cup diced mushroom, 2 tbsp coriander leaves and pour in little water
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6 Let it cook over low flame until everything combines well
- Step 7 Serve hot.
