Steps
- Step 1 PrepreparationBoil 2 tbsp peas and keep aside
- Step 2 For the pasteIn a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil
- Step 3 When the oil is heated, add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp garlic, 1 cardamom, 4 cashewnuts and 1 tbsp chopped onion
- Step 4 Saut well and blend it to a smooth mixture
- Step 5 Keep aside
- Step 6 For the gravyIn another kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil
- Step 7 Add the mixture along with 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves and mix well
- Step 8 When it begins to simmer, add 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tsp cream, 1/4th tsp garam masala and then garnish it with 1/2 tsp coriander leavesMix well and serve hot with chapatti
