This creamy dish is rich in fibre and protein. It is a perfect blend of all the spices which makes it super delicious and healthy.
Boil 2 tbsp peas and keep aside.
For the paste
In a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil.
When the oil is heated, add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp garlic, 1 cardamom, 4 cashewnuts and 1 tbsp chopped onion.
Saut well and blend it to a smooth mixture. Keep aside.
For the gravy
In another kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil.
Add the mixture along with 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves and mix well.
When it begins to simmer, add 1/4th tsp salt, 2 tbsp boiled peas, 2 tsp cream, 1/4th tsp garam masala and then garnish it with 1/2 tsp coriander leaves
Mix well and serve hot with chapatti.
