Delicious and creamy methi malai chicken which taste great with rice or roti.
In a small bowl, add 50 gm chicken pieces, 1 tbsp curd, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Then add 1/4th tsp green chilli paste and mix again.
Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent.
Add marinated chicken to the mixture and saute well.
When it begins to simmer, add 1 cup methi leaves and mix well.
Once the methi is reduced in volume, add 1/4th tsp salt, water as required and mix well.
Then add 1 tbsp cashew paste, 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix again.
/cover and cook till done.
Serve hot with chapatti.
