- Step 1 In a small bowl, add 75 gm chicken pieces,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Step 2 powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Step 3 Then add 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and mix again.
- Step 4 Take a kadhai and heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till translucent.
- Step 6 Add marinated chicken to the mixture and saute well.
- Step 7 When it begins to simmer, add 1/2 cup methi leaves and mix well.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding poppy seeds.
- Step 9 Once the methi is reduced in volume, add 1/4 tsp salt, water as required
- Step 10 and mix well.
- Step 11 Then add 1 tbsp cashew paste, 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix again.
- Step 12 Cover and cook till done.
- Step 13 Serve hot with chapati.
