- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp hing, 4 no. kadi patta, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp methi leaves and cook until it wilts
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and mix well
- Step 4 Add soaked rice, soaked moong dal, 1/4 tsp salt and pour in a little water
- Step 5 Add 1/2 tsp jaggery and close the lid and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Step 6 Transfer to a serving bowl
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 8 Serve with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd
