A Gujarati style flatbread made by using sorghum flour and fenugreek leaves which is high in fiber, vitamins and minerals. Fenugreek is also used in preventing Diabetes and reducing bad Cholesterol.
In a mixing bowl, take 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp jowar flour, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1/2 tsp oil and mix well.
Adding a little water, knead it into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into a ball, pat and flatten it to make a thepla. Keep aside.
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame put the raw thepla on it and roast it.
Allowing it to cook, flip, apply 1/4th tsp ghee and make sure both sides are browned well.
Garnish with coriander.
