- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp jowar flour, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 2 tsp oil and mix well.
- Step 2
Pour in some water and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Cover and rest the dough
- Step 4
Divide into equal parts and roll each into a round shape
- Step 5
Heat a pan, place the thepla and roast on both sides until light brown using ghee
- Step 6
Serve hot.
