In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup dhokla batter, 1/4th tsp grated ginger, green chili paste, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4th fruit salt, 3 tbsp chopped methi leaves, Kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist) & mix it well.
Grease plate with oil & pour the batter on a plate.
Heat steamer, add required water into it & keep the batter in the plate it, cover with a lid. Steam it for 20 minutes on medium flame, after that check the dhokla with a knife whether it is cooked well.
Heat pan, add oil, rai & allow it to crackle. Then add kadi patta, pieces of green chili & saute well. Pour the tempering on dhokla. Serve with chutney.
