Steps
- Step 1
Take a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp rai.
- Step 2
Once the rai starts crackling, add 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 5 kadi pattas, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped carrot, 2 tbsp chopped methi leaves and 1 tbsp chopped cabbage.
- Step 3
Further, add previously soaked dalia, 1/4 tsp salt and sauté well.
- Step 4
Pour in the required amount of water and allow it to cook.
- Step 5
Once all the water has dried up, add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6
Garnish it with coriander.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
