- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup oats, 1/3 cup boiled moong dal, 1/4 cup boiled chopped potato, 3/4 cup chopped methi leaves, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp jeera and salt as per taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, mash and mix everything together.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kalonji.
- Step 3 Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into tikkis.
- Step 4 In a nonstick pan, heat 2 tsp oil and place the tikkis. Roast them on low flame until golden and crispy.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
