Methi Chicken Curry Recipe

1/2 Chopped Cup(26.0 gm) Methi Leaves
2.0 Tbsp(21.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, take 100 gm chicken.

  • Marinate this chicken with 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, add 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste.

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai.

  • Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent.

  • Add the marinated chicken and saute well till chicken is partially tenderized.

  • Add 1/2 cup methi leaves, 1/4 tsp salt.

  • Add enough water.

  • Cover and cook till it is done.
