- Step 1 In a bowl, take 100 gm chicken.
- Step 2 Marinate this chicken with 1.5 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp green chilli paste.
- Step 3 Heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai.
- Step 4 Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute till it turns translucent.
- Step 5 Add the marinated chicken and saute well till chicken is partially tenderized.
- Step 6 Add 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 7 Add water as required.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding poppy seeds.
- Step 9 Cover and cook till it is done.
- Step 10 Serve.
