- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 3 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chili powder,1 tbsp grated cheese, and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3 Knead into a soft dough using water as required.
- Step 4 Divide into equal parts, flatten it, and roll out into a round paratha.
- Step 5 Heat a tawa, grease it with 1.5 tsp ghee, and roast the paratha on both sides until light brown and cooked thoroughly.
- Step 6 Serve hot with raita.
