Methi Bhaji Recipe

One of the most unique aspects of fenugreek is that, is a very useful herb in any form – powdered, seeds, dried leaves and as a vegetable. Apart from being used in methi paratha (fresh leaves) or as a spice (kasuri methi), fenugreek leaves also have many cosmetic and health purposes.

1.5 Cup(77.0 gm) Methi Leaves (Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Cup(28.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, saute until golden brown.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th cup onion, 1/8th tsp salt and saute until golden brown.

  • Add 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.

  • Add 1.5 cup chopped methi leaves. Mix well.

  • Cover the kadhai and let it cook.

  • Serve hot with chapatti
