One of the most unique aspects of fenugreek is that, is a very useful herb in any form – powdered, seeds, dried leaves and as a vegetable. Apart from being used in methi paratha (fresh leaves) or as a spice (kasuri methi), fenugreek leaves also have many cosmetic and health purposes.
Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil.
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, saute until golden brown.
Add 1 tsp chopped green chillies, 1/4th cup onion, 1/8th tsp salt and saute until golden brown.
Add 1/8th tsp haldi and mix well.
Add 1.5 cup chopped methi leaves. Mix well.
Cover the kadhai and let it cook.
Serve hot with chapatti
