- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp chopped methi leaves, 1/8 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Knead into a soft dough using water as needed.
- Step 4 Divide into equal parts, flatten it, and roll out into a round paratha.
- Step 5 Heat a pan, place the paratha, and roast the paratha on both sides with ghee.
- Step 6 Serve hot
