Fenugreek Bajra Roti With Ghee Recipe

An Indian flatbread made with bajra and combine with methi makes this recipe high in protein, fiber and calorie dense.

1/4 Cup(13.0 gm) Methi Leaves(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl 3 tbsp bajra flour, 4 tbsp methi leaves, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilly, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp hing, 1/2 tsp salt and add water.

  • Knead into a dough and roll out.

  • Roast on both sides and add 1 tsp ghee.
