1/4 Cup(32.0 gm) Dragon Fruit (Diced)

1/4 Cup(30.0 gm) Kiwi (Diced )

1/4 Cup(40.0 gm) Muskmelon (Diced)

1/2 Cup(121.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Chia Seeds
ingredients
1.5 Tsp(7.0 gm) Pumpkin Seeds

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Sugar Powder
  • In a blender add 1/4 cup diced muskmelon, 1/4 cup diced dragon fruit, 1/2 cup curd , 2 tsp sugar and blend the ingredients well until they reach a smooth consistency.

  • Add 1/4 cup diced kiwi, 1.5 tsp pumpkin seeds and 1/2 tsp chia seeds.

  • Serve chilled.
