A rich Indian dessert loaded with protein making it highly energy and nutrient dense is the traditional sweet vermicelli.
Heat 2 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame.
Add 1/2 cup wheat vermicelli and roast.
Once golden brown, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8th cup sugar and stir well.
Cover and allow it to cook.
After a few minutes, once the Nestlé A+ Milk is reduced, take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
Garnish with chopped nuts.
