2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • Heat 2 tsp ghee in a frying pan at a low flame.

  • Add 1/2 cup wheat vermicelli and roast.

  • Once golden brown, add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1/8th cup sugar and stir well.

  • Cover and allow it to cook.

  • After a few minutes, once the Nestlé A+ Milk is reduced, take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.

  • Garnish with chopped nuts.

  • Serve hot.
