- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/2 cup wheat vermicelli and roast until golden brown.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1.5 tbsp sugar and stir well until sugar dissolves.
- Step 3
Cover and cook until sevai softens.
- Step 4
Simmer until Nestlé A+ Milk is reduced, take off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
- Step 5
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped almond, cashew nut, pista
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 7
Serve warm or chilled.
