For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 2 tbsp khoa, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 2 tsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut
- Step 3 Mix well and set aside.

For Kachori
- Step 1 Knead a tight dough using 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1 tsp oil and water as required.
- Step 2 Divide the dough into equal balls.
- Step 3 Roll the dough ball evenly, fill the stuffing, fold and seal it.
- Step 4 Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.
- Step 5 Enjoy this as a festive treat.
