Mawa Kachori Recipe

2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Khoa

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut(Chopped)

2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Sugar(Powder)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Elaichi(Powder)

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

For Frying(8.0 ml) Oil

As Required(5.0 ml) Water
  • For stuffing

    In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp khoa, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 2 tsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder. Mix Well.

  • For kachori dough

    Add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1 tsp oil, a little water and knead the dough.

  • For kachori

    Divide the dough into 4 balls.

  • Roll the dough, fill the stuffing, fold and seal it.

  • Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown.

  • Serve this sweet dish hot.
