In a bowl, add 2 tbsp butter, 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk, an egg yolk, 1/4th cup powdered sugar, 2 tbsp khoa and whisk well.
Sieve in 1/2 cup maida and1/2 tsp baking powder and mix.
Add 1/4th tsp elaichi powder and give it a mix.
Add whipped egg white, 1 tbsp chopped badam, 1 tbsp chopped pista and give a slight mix.
Coat the tin with 1/2 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp maida and pour the batter.
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 25 mins.
Check with a toothpick if cake is done.
Serve a dessert for an evening tea.
