Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chopped onions, 3 tbsp chopped tomato and saute until soft
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp haldi.
- Step 4
Mix well and pour in some water
- Step 5
Add the cooked matki, cover with a lid and cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 6
Add 1/4 tsp salt for taste and garnish with1 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 8
Serve hot with pav .
