- Step 1 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp chopped onions and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 3 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 tsp haldi.
- Step 4 Add a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 5 Add the matki, cover with a lid and cook for a few minutes.
- Step 6 Season with 1/4 tsp salt and finally garnish with1 tsp coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 8 Serve with bread of your choice.
