- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup jaggery powder and whisk it well.
- Step 2 Then add 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 15g matcha powder, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix well.
- Step 3 Once mixed, add 1/8 tsp salt and 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Milk.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 5 Cut and fold the mixture.
- Step 6 Grease a tin and pour batter evenly.
- Step 7 Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake at 180 for 25 mins.
- Step 8 Check with a toothpick if the cake is ready.
- Step 9 Serve delicious vanilla cake.
