  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp oil on a low flame.

  • Add 1 black elaichi, 1 bay leaf, 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.

  • To this, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until golden brown.

  • Add 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp chopped tomato. Mix well.

  • In this mixture, add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies. Mix properly.

  • Add water and stir well

  • Close the lid and allow to cook on medium for 2 minutes.

  • Add 1/2 cup fresh peas and let it simmer.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish and serve hot.
