1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger(Grated)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.26 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

For Frying(10.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp boiled and mashed peas, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp amchur, add 1.5 tsp oil, white til (Nutritional Twist), and water.

  • Knead the dough and roll the Poori.

  • Heat Oil for frying & deep fry till golden brown.
