- Step 1
In a bowl, add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp boiled mashed fresh peas, 1/2 tsp butter and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3
Add water as required, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Flatten and roll the dough ball to a round shape
- Step 5
Heat a pan, roast the kulcha on one side.
- Step 6
Add 2 tsp butter, flip and roast the other side until light brown
- Step 7
Serve hot.
