Boil and mash 1 tbsp green peas and keep aside.
In a mixng bowl, add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4th tsp baking soda, 1/4th tsp baking powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp green peas, 1/2 tsp butter and 1 tbsp curd.
Add water as required, mix well and knead the dough.
Roll the dough into a small kulcha.
Heat a pan and roast the kulcha.
Then add 1/2 tsp butter, flip and roast the other side as well.
