20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
  • Boil and mash 1 tbsp green peas and keep aside.

  • In a mixng bowl, add 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1/4th tsp baking soda, 1/4th tsp baking powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp green peas, 1/2 tsp butter and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.

  • Add water as required, mix well and knead the dough.

  • Roll the dough into a small kulcha.

  • Heat a pan and roast the kulcha.

  • Then add 1/2 tsp butter, flip and roast the other side as well.

  • Serve hot.
