This easy very delicious cheela is a great tiffin lunch, packed with protein and fiber.

1.5 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Masoor Dal

1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Suji

1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Methi Seeds

1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • In a bowl, add masoor paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 10 ml water, 1/2 tbsp suji, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, soaked and boiled methi seeds and mix well.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil, pour and spread batter.

  • Flip

  • Serve hot
