Boil sweet potatoes and keep aside.
In a bowl add 1/2 cup boiled and diced sweet potato and mash it with a spoon.
To the potatoes add 1/8th tsp salt and give it a good mash until the salt is well mixed and sweet potatoes become soft.
Sweet potatoes are ready to be served.
