- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1/2 cup lactose free milk in a pan, add 2 tsp sugar and mix it.
- Step 2 In a bowl make a slurry from 2 tsp custard powder and little water.
- Step 3 Slowly add the slurry to the boiling lactose free milk and stir continuously.
- Step 4 Boil until it thickens.
- Step 5 Transfer the custard to a bowl and allow it to cool.
- Step 6 In another bowl add 2 tbsp banana, 2 tbsp apple, 2 tbsp chickoo and mash well
- Step 7 Add custard over mashed fruits
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 9 Refrigerate and serve.
