Mashed Fruit Custard (Lactose Free Milk) Recipe

Fruit custard is a rich and creamy chilled dessert made with custard powder, mashed seasonal fruits, Nestlé A+ Milk and nuts. Mashed fruits releases more flavour and adds thickness to the dish along with accompanying all health benefits and a very tempting platter. Lactose-free Nestlé A+ Milk is beneficial for lactose intolerance, making it a good substitute for regular Nestlé A+ Milk.

1/2 Cup(118.0 ml) Lactose Free Milk
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Apple, Big
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(24.0 gm) Banana
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(23.0 gm) Chickoo
2.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Custard Powder
2.0 Tsp(9.0 gm) Sugar
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 1/2 cup lactosefree milk in a pan, add 2 tsp sugar and mix it.

  • In another bowl take 2 tsp custard powder and add little water to make a mixture.

  • Slowly add the mixture into the milk & stir continuously. Boil for 2 minutes.

  • Remove the custard into a serving bowl and allow it to cool.

  • In another bowl, add 2 tbsp banana, 2 tbsp apple, 2 tbsp chickoo and mash well.

  • Add prepared custard to mashed fruits and serve cold.
