Masala Zucchini Recipe

Masala Zucchini is recipe with a blend of Indian and continental cooking. Healthy zucchini is mixed up with melange of spices to suit our own taste buds making it very tasty and filled with different flavors. It goes well with plain rice as well as rotis.

1/3 Cup(48.0 gm) Zucchini (Diced)

1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Saunf

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil
  • Heat kadhai on low flame then add 1 tbsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp saunf, 1/3rd cup diced zucchini and saute well.

  • Then add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder and Saute the spices with zucchini.

  • Add grated almonds as a nutritional twist.

  • Then add 1/2 tsp lemon juice mix well and serve with chapati.
