- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp saunf, 1/3 cup diced zucchini and saute
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chili powder and cook the zucchini until soft
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle twist by adding chopped almonds
- Step 4 Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well
- Step 5 Serve hot with chapati.
