- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp spinach puree, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder and salt for taste
- Step 2 Whisk until smooth
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 4 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 5 Garnish with crushed peanuts
- Step 6 Serve chilled
