- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/2 tbsp bhuna chana, 1 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts, 1 tsp white til, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 2 Add water as required and mix the batter well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4 In a heated tawa smear 2 tsp coconut oil and pour a ladleful of the batter.
- Step 5 Roast well on both sides.
- Step 6 Serve.
