Masala raita is a mildly spiced blend of veggies and spices. It is a tasty and quick recipe for biryani and pulao, made with fresh Nestlé A+ Curds, spice powders, coriander leaves and onions.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a bowl, add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd and beat it well.
Add 2 tbsp chopped Onion, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp jeera powder, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder.
Mix all ingredients well and add 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Tasty Masala Raita is ready to serve.
