- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tbsp mustard oil, add 1/2 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/2 tsp saunf, 1/4 tsp methi seed and 1/8 tsp red chilli powder.

Mix well, cool down and strain it
- Step 3
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup puffed rice, boiled chole, 1 tbsp masala peanuts, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tbsp chopped cucumber and 1/2 tbsp chopped onion
- Step 4
Season with spiced mustard oil and a pinch of spice mix
- Step 5
Toss everything well
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 8
Serve Masala Puffed Rice Bhel immediately.
