Masala poori is a perfect breakfast recipe with a twist to our regular pooris. The dough for this recipe is filled with various spices which makes it different as it also gives a basket of flavors in single dish.
In a bowl add 1/4th cup wheat flour, add ajwain, red chilly powder, haldi, dhania powder, salt, kasuri methi
Add 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, jeera, and1.5 tsp oil Mix the ingredient and start kneading the dough.
Add water to the mixture and make a smooth and soft dough.
Take a small portion and roll it out using rolling pin.
Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying and fry the pooris in it.
Deep fry till the pooris are golden and serve hot.
