Masala Paratha With Curd Recipe

Masala paratha is a spiced-up variation on the plain paratha. Serve the masala paratha with fresh Nestlé A+ Curd as well. Adding Nestlé A+ Curd improves both nutrition and taste.

1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(6.0 gm) Ghee
20.0 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/4 Cup(60.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
  • In a bowl, add 1/3 cup wheat flour (Whole),1/2 tsp red chilly,1/4th tsp jeera,1/4th tsp salt, water as required.

  • Knead a dough and roll this dough

  • Roast with 1.5 tsp Ghee

  • Serve hot.
