Masala Omelette with Onion Tomatoes Recipe

Omelets are infinitely customizable! This recipe is perfect for busy weekdays, but below we offer a few variations that can be delicious when you have some more time to play around in the kitchen.

  • In a Bowl, Take 1 Egg

  • Add 1/2 tbsp Chopped Onion, 1/2 tbsp Chopped Tomato, 1/2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

  • Add some spices like 1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1/4th tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1/8th tsp Haldi, 1/4thtsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4th tsp Dhania Powder, and 1/4th tsp Jeera Powder

  • Beat this mixture Well

  • Now add 1 tbsp Grated Cheese and Mix Gently

  • To fry the Omelete, Heat 1 tsp Oil in Pan

  • Pour in the Omelette Mixture, and let it cook for some time.

  • Gently flip the omelette and cook from the other side too

  • Serve Hot.
