- Step 1
In a bowl break 1 egg, add 1/2 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 2
Season it with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, and 1/4 tsp jeera powder.
- Step 3
Whisk the mixture well.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp grated cheese and mix gently.
- Step 5
Heat 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan and pour in the omelette mixture.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Cook over low to medium flame.
- Step 8
Gently flip the omelette and cook from the other side too.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
