Masala Khoba Roti With Ghee Recipe

2 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Amaranth Leaves
1/2 Tsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
50 Ml(20.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/2 Chopped Tsp(0.41 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
  • In a bowl, add 1/4th cup wheat flour, 2 tbsp chopped amaranth leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped red chilly ,1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, and 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp warm ghee and mix everything well, now add some water and knead the dough well.

  • Roll the dough using a rolling pin.

  • Heat a tawa, add flattened roti roast slightly on one side and flip, pinch on the roti using wet finger, 1/2 tbsp ghee and roast.
