Give your regular chapati and parathas a flavourful variation, stuffed kulchas are a hassle-free way to include essential nutrients in your daily meal by using coconut and spices.
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Curd, 1 tbsp Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt.
Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
Rest the dough for 5 min.
In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp grated Coconut, 1/2 tbsp chopped Mint Leaves, 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder and 1/4 tsp Jeera powder.
Mix all ingredients well.
Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.
Seal and Fold again flatten into a Kulcha.
On a heated tawa, apply water at the base of Kulcha and roast with 1 tsp Ghee.
Tasty Masala Coconut Kulcha is ready to serve hot.
