For Dough
- Step 1 In a bowl, add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3 Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4 Rest the dough for 5 min.

For Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp grated fresh Coconut, 1/2 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder and 1/4 tsp jeera powder.
- Step 2 Mix all ingredients well.

For Kulcha
- Step 1 Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.
- Step 2 Seal and fold again, then flatten into a kulcha.
- Step 3 On a heated tawa, apply water at the base of kulcha and roast with 2 tsp ghee.
- Step 4 Tasty Masala Coconut Kulcha is ready to serve hot.
