Masala Coconut Kulcha With Ghee Recipe

1.5 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Fresh Coconut (Grated)

3 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

1.5 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Maida

1 Tbsp(11.0 ml) Milk
ingredients
1 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Curd
ingredients
1/2 Tbsp(0.95 gm) Pudina (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera(Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
  • For Dough

    In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 tbsp Maida,1 tbsp Curd, 1 tbsp Milk and 1/4 tsp Salt.

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

  • Rest the dough for 5 min.

  • For Filling

  • In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tbsp grated Coconut, 1/2 tbsp chopped Mint Leaves, 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder and 1/4 tsp Jeera powder.

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • For Kulcha

  • Roll the dough and fill the stuffing.

  • Seal and Fold again flatten into a Kulcha.

  • On a heated tawa, apply water at the base of Kulcha and roast with 1 tsp Ghee.

  • Tasty Masala Coconut Kulcha is ready to serve hot.
