Vegetable puree can be sneaked in Luchi, a traditional Bengali style deep fried puffed with varied spices made healthy using whole wheat flour. Fluffy Luchi tastes best with dry and gravy vegetable both.
Knead a semi soft dough using 3/4th cup maida, carrot puree, 1/8th tsp turmeric powder, 1/8th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1 tsp oil and water as required.
Rest the dough for 5 mins
Divide it into equal sized balls
Roll out into round shape
Heat oil for frying and deep fry till golden brown
