- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp besan, pour in little water and mix well until smooth and thick and set aside.
- Step 2 Heat a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and the prepared besan paste.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Pour in some water and stir it continuously to avoid any lumps
- Step 5 Cook over low flame until it thickens
- Step 6 Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and seta side
- Step 7 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, dip the bread slice in the besan mixture and place on pan
- Step 8 Roast until crisp and golden brown on both sides
- Step 9 Serve it hot.
