Steps
- Step 1 For making a besan mixtureTake 1 tbsp besan in a bowl and little water to make a paste
- Step 2 Keep it aside
- Step 3 In a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th tsp hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt and the prepared besan paste
- Step 4 Add enough water to cook the besan
- Step 5 Stir it well to avoid any lumpsCook to thicken the besan mixtureAdd 1 tsp chopped coriander leavesFor the pakodaHeat 1/2 tsp oil in the panDip bread in the besan mixturePlace bread in the panFry till golden brown
- Step 6 Serve it hot
